Our lashes are Hand Made using the Highest Quality PBT with optimal bond onto the natural lash. They are extremely fine, lightweight, super flexible and incredibly easy work with for all fanning methods. (Sticky Dot, Flower Bouquet, Off the Strip, Pinching) with a matte black finish.
Our foil backing is wider for easy retrieval and limits residue on your tile. All our lashes trays are designed with curl, length and diameter indicators on each individual row for easy organization, speed and efficiency.

  • SHIPPING POLICY

    Ethereal Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refunds will be issued for late or stolen packages. Contact the police department to file a claim.

    Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sales days) to process and ship your order. You will receive another email once your order has shipped.

    Ethereal Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays once your package is in the hands of the postal service.

    Ethereal ships via UPS for shipping within Canada and FedEx or DHL for all international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. All return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Orders requested for free customer pick-up will be available the following day (unless otherwise specified) at:

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Ethereal Boutique want you to be 100% satisfied with your products. We will refund any items that have been returned unopened or found to be defective.

    Ethereal reserves the right to deny a refund request when the investigation shows no cause. Documented proof of an issue will be required.

    If there is a product defect or quality concern, please contact Ly Chhorn within 14 days of receiving your package and we will help investigate the issue with you.

    Returns will be accepted if they are received undamaged and in the same unopened, unused packaging they came to you in. Ethereal Boutique cannot accept a return if the product has been opened or used due to the nature of the product, for sanitation reasons.

    Tweezers are not eligible for returns or exchanges since they have all been hand-tested and inspected. Tweezer sales are final and non-refundable.

    Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sales.
